"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"Room was very clean and comfortable but some maintenance needed specially where the floor meet the walls. A\C worked fine. There was no soap/ shampoo in the room, called reception and in less than 5 minutes someone bring them to the room. Didn’t have breakfast. "Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if it’s just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too.
