"Location was great between Linville Falls attractions and the town of Marion. The property was easy to get to and we even tried the restaurant (pizza) in the development. It was great. Property was exactly as listed and photos are accurate, including bears in area!!! I would definitely recommend property or stay again if I return to this area!!!"
Breathtaking Views, Stargazing from Hot-tub!

"The place was beautiful with great views. The house was well stocked, very spacious, and had nice amenities like the pool table downstairs. When we arrived we tried to find a notebook to help understand how to operate things like the jacuzzi and other features but there was not one. I messaged the host and never heard back. In fact, the only messages I received were from a bot with the standard messaging like check-out instructions.However, the limited communication did not take away from the beautiful place. We enjoyed cooking, had several fires in the fire pit (the gas pit was broken so we used the other wood fire pit), and thoroughly enjoyed the views."

"I planned this trip for my adult sons, my hubby, and my dog so we could spend some relaxing time together. It was amazing. The view from the house is so beautiful. I told myself when my life seems hectic from now on, to think of that view and the quiet beauty of it all. House was clean and comfy. Beds were great. Bathrooms were large and clean and one for each bedroom was great. We played corn hole competitions, cooked yummy food, talked, built fires, star gazed, drank wine and laughed. We even saw a bear peek his head over the patio the very first morning. We went to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore, Blowing Rock, Asheville. Lots to do. We got home today and miss it already. Great place for a relaxing getaway from our hectic lives. Our dog loved it too!"

"Property was very well taken care of newly renovated, with excellent decor. Owner was very responsive. Nice quiet place where my family and enjoyed ourselves and some amazing hiking in the Linville gorge. If your grilling be aware you are in bear country and they may want to come check out what’s for dinner. I would go back in a second."
