"This is a good hotel in Liverpool city and an ideal location. Perhaps bizarrely, I have a real bug bear about coat hangers that are fixed to the wardrobes - just gives it a cheap feel. "

"I just wanted to share my appreciation to both staff manager and hotels.com colleagues for listening to my request for a bath and due to me going through the worst 2 weeks of my life, tackling landlords and letting agency’s with countless housing incidents and not having support. This upgrade on the suite room really left me so overwhelmed and I cried with happy tears. To feel so supported like that really made my stay so enjoyable. The bath and the room was amazing. The staff were kind and considerate giving the fact I had work in the hospital the next day. The bed was perfect and to top things off the view, iron, ironing board for my uniform and general peace was so much needed. I cannot thank you all enough and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! PS just a little tip get a window cleaner to clean the moss round the edge of the outside interior and maybe a touch of paint! Other than that the hotel is lovely! "

"Lovely flat right in the heart of West Kirby, was bang on for our Easter break and lynn was a great host and left us a couple of nice surprises! There’s some really nice bistros and the ring o bells pub is well worth a visit. We did a Nice walk round the marine lake and up to hoylake and back, all in all it’s a beautiful area and we would defo recommend it to people. "

"A very clean, quiet apartment and a fab location for trips over to Liverpool and also to Port Sunlight. Good train, ferry and bus links too and free, onsite parking, and a nearby Tesco Express. Four of us stayed and this really was the max capacity of this apartment - there was very limited crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and seating. Some of the online descriptions were not correct e.g. there is no dishwasher.Communications with the host were excellent and a quick response received to any enquiries, with helpful information about the area provided in advance, without us having to ask - thank you:)"
