"It was fun. Clean rooms."

"Staff was rude and not helpful. We had stuff doordashed because we had a long lay over and we had to search for our things because the front desk acted as though they couldn’t be bothered. Shuttle does not run for early morning flights. when being pick up from airport we had to get a ride from another shuttle service because their shuttle don’t even have the proper hotel name on it and no where in the description of where to go and what shuttle to get on did it state this. No apology just rudeness. "

"Everything was great except the beds/pillows. I tossed and turned with no sleep before a flight. Also the shuttle only started at 5am which cuts it extremely close for early flights. We had to book an Uber so we could get to the airport with enough time for our flight. Lastly, the breakfast started at 6am so again this is impossible for early flights. We booked this hotel specifically for these things and were not able to even use them. We will probably book elsewhere our next travel arrangement."

"Lack of access to rolling luggage carts. The door to the room was very difficult to open and close, which would be a hazard in a fire. "

"The room we reserved on expedia was not available when we checked in. The hotel was very noisy, people running up and down the hallways until after 2 am in a Sunday night. The hot breakfast in the morning was warm at best and not much variety. The one pkus was the cinnamon rolls, they were hot and fresh. We stay at Holiday inn and suites often but will not stay at this one again."

"Was very disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. Not sure where but I read somewhere that there was one and to just call the hotel on arrival. Nope...added $50 to my stay. "

"Coffee was cold. Maybe the machine needs to be repaired. Staff are very helpful and the hotel was clean"

"The room was clean and most staff members weren't very friendly. Very slow drain in the shower. Spider webs on the lampshade. Very thin walls, which would have been bearable if the staff weren't speaking loudly in the morning."
