Fully equipped kitchen, all towels and linens folded in our rooms, coffee for the morning. Perfect place for traveling. Also walking distance to restaurants and downtown entertainment district.
Enjoyed our stay with 2 adult couples in this cozy home. It is perfectly located near Buffalo Trace and several restaurants/bars are within walking distance.
The rooms were very comfortable and it fit our party of 3 adults very comfortably. We enjoyed the balcony area. The location was very convenient to a number of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
Clean, comfortable stay. The only drawbacks were a loud train that went by around 3am and the traffic noise was loud while sitting on the front porch.
All amenities were good.
Enjoyed our stay, the property was the perfect little place for our weekend. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars and had a great view from above of the Christmas holiday parade.
This was the perfect spot for our little bourbon tour. The house was well stocked, and it was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Will definitely look this one up when we come again.
Nice small duplex in a great location to get the daily Buffalo Trace allocated bottles and still close enough for some great other distillery experiences. Had a great time. Of note, this host provides check in the day prior, which is later than most but everything was great!!
Myself and a fellow realtor stayed here for convenience to the Capitol. We had a meeting with many legislators and this location was perfect!! It gave a spot to sleep and a perfect spot to come back to in the middle of the day for our 1-2 hour downtimes. The check-in was super easy! And the little touches (cute/thoughtful snacks, WELL stocked toiletries in the bathroom, etc) made the place feel very welcoming.

Frankfort
Overall our stay was enjoyable. The location of house was good for walking to many downtown locations. However the exterior grounds and walkways need to be cleaned up and brush cut back. The first reaction upon arrival is not good.
Bathroom needs upgrades. A/c worked great and beds were comfortable
We liked the centralized location of the property, it was easy to get to distilleries, restaurants, and the highway. The property was tidy, and provided all the necessary items for a week stay. Our only complaints would be the bedding (pillow cases & duvet covers) smelled like body odor & smoke, like they hadn't been washed in a while. Also, the floors had a lot of debris when we did arrive, and we found that some of the dishes weren't cleaned well. The property is small, and a bit cramped, however those are things that can't be improved upon and didn't negatively affect our stay. Overall, we enjoyed "Bourbon on the Hill".
Wonderful location for an overview look of Frankfort. Sitting on the porch in the evening listening to the live music playing from in town made the end of the days great. Most mornings you can smell the mash from the distilleries which was a waking treat for us. The only downside in the location was the finicky light to leave. It is temperamental and you can't turn on red so just a trick to have someone run across and push the walk button. It will turn really fast once pushed. Great stay and a fun time. Will do again.

Small place close to Buffalo Trace
I was here with a group of friends for 1 night for a bourbon distillery trip. We were here for buffalo trace. The property is well located and close to lots of stuff. That said, it's up on a hill that sits right next to a busy road. It's a very small space with a small kitchen that adjoins the only bathroom which is honestly a very tight squeeze with the washer and dryer sitting right in front of the door and the door opening out. There's a tight hallway leading back to two rooms and a very small living room. I wouldn't recommend it for a big gathering or if you're looking to spend a ton of time there but for our purposes it was just fine. We had no issues.P.S. You can hear everything going on and people walking in the unit next door. Also the building next to this building looks to be condemned/boarded up etc.Again, we had no issues and this property was great for our purposes, just want to give people a little additional info.
The property has potential but needs significant maintenance and updates to meet expectations. During our stay, the hot water only lasted long enough for one brief shower before running out. The exterior shows visible wood rot, and one bedroom window has a large crack and doesn’t fully close, which adds to noticeable road noise. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. Management responded promptly when we mentioned the hot water issue, but overall the home felt dated and in need of attention. With some repairs and improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable stay.
