Loved Lexington

This was our first trip to Lexington. We enjoyed the condo’s spaciousness and cleanliness. The location was very close to the U of K campus as well as the other locations we wanted to visit. Perhaps because we were there between the regular school year and summer school, it was very quiet in the little condo community as well as on campus. Parking was easy, which I always appreciate. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast since I always have questions about accessibility. We had a great short but very comfortable stay.

Great Place

The location to the UK football field was perfect! Close walk to downtown Lexington as well. The property was extremely clean and seemed newly updated. Everything we needed was included. Highly recommend this place if staying in the Lexington area.

Great Time in Lexington

We were visiting Lexington for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was an excellent host, and communication was great. I would recommend staying here. We visited many of the local distilleries and horse farms during our stay, and Jennifer made several wonderful recommendations for eating out. The location was good, and if you are coming for anything to do with visiting the university, it is a great location.

Great Place!

Exactly as described, or even better. Everything was perfect for us to stay in Lexington for my daughter’s graduation. Check in was super easy and Jennifer was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend and sort of mad at myself for not finding this sooner.

Such a great spot to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed our own bathrooms and spaces. Was able to do laundry as well. Which was nice after Railbird. Will def book again next year!!

Great Value

We have stayed at several VRBOs and AB&Bs and this one was probably our best experience. It is literally across the street from most of the UK campus but just off the main drag enough that it is quiet. The home was impeccably clean, smelled fresh and was well stocked with snacks (good ones too!) and things any visitor may need such as paper towels, toilet paper and enough laundry pods. The décor is appropriate for the home. Everything worked perfectly, including the well sized TVs, HVAC and WIFI connectivity. Mattresses and pillows were very good and the bedding was well matched to the rest of the look of the home and climate. It may be a seasonal thing but my only recommendation would be to park next to rather than in the designated parking spot as the birds like to drop their bombs from the tree above the designated space. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and would definitely stay again when we are in Lexington.

Absolutely perfect place

A true gem of a place.... We selected this location to be close to the UKy campus. And boy was it ever. We were in town to move our daughter into school for the first time. Upon arrival the place was super clean, smelled great and welcoming. Checkin and out was a breeze. We had plenty of room for our family to spread out, beds were comfy, linens were fresh and fluffy! My kids loved the complementary snacks on the table, and we loved the k-pods for morning coffee. The kitchen was nicely stocked to make a good meal. The decor throughout the house was perfect. Throughout our stay my family kept saying what a great place it was. It made my oldest, who was going to college, feel like she was still at home on her last night before officially moving onto campus. The morning before we left we were able to take a nice walk from the house around campus, which was perfect before getting back on the road to drive home 6 hours. The owners were responsive and super nice to deal with. I will be renting from here again! 10 stars all around!!
