This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfy, had everything you would need in the kitchen. Kids want to stay here again when we come back to visit. Highly recommend!

Love the house. We lost a day due to a snow storm, but we enjoyed the night we were able to be there. The upstairs walk in shower is nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Great location!

Stayed for a Kentucky football game. Great location. Short walk to a Starbucks and other restaurants. Easy drive to downtown and stadium. Comfortable beds, clean home. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Property was close to campus, downtown, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood was quiet! If I found myself back in Lexington I would certainly stay again!

Great stay

This is a great property. The upstairs suite is really cool and has a unique shower with tons of space and a rainfall shower head. There was also a little attic room that's turned into a play room that our 3 year old thought was her own personal dollhouse. We will be staying here again!

Great for rainy weekend

This house was great for staying indoors during the rain, but enjoyed the front porch swing during the dry times. Clean. Plenty of room. Owners/management were super nice and easy to work with. Would for sure come back here next time.

This was honestly one of the most accurate descriptions of the homes I’ve stayed in! So very charming, warm and comfortable! The cleanliness was above and beyond and the host was very gracious! They hit nook in the upstairs bedroom for the children is such a plus… Migraine granddaughter that is almost 3 saw the video on FaceTime and asked if she could come there with mema! I’d like to plan a girls trip with my daughters and grandchildren! We had a Pastor with us from Zimbabwe and he was blown away… He’s enjoying seeing the countryside of America! My husband has Huntington’s Disease and the bottom floor was very navigable! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Charming Home!

This was such a beautiful old home! Each of the bedrooms were so spacious and decorated tastefully. We were so impressed with all of the extras in the kitchen; taking into consideration that some of these extras are likely not always available as they are used. We had spices, cooking spray, excellent cookware, coffee and the fixings to go with it! The home was clean and really one of my favorite VRBO stays because of the charm of the home! Thank you!

The location is fantastic, and the house is very cool architecturally. It was great for one night to break up a long 2 day drive home. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire home is very well decorated and finished. However, it is clearly in need of some deep cleaning and repair in places. The upstairs bathroom a/c did not work, nor did the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen drawers and cupboards could use some repair and a good cleaning. The ice maker in the kitchen is full of black mold, and should just be removed. Bring a bag of ice for your drinks. Super charming house in a safe, great location - might need to upgrade your property manager/cleaners.

Location is convenient and very close to downtown in a seemingly safe area. We stayed with our young kids during the summer and arrived after dinner time. Beds were comfortable. Nice TV, washer/dyer, kitchen seemed stocked for cooking (although we did not), and nicely decorated. The upstairs is a little warm, but there is a separate AC unit in the room and fan you can plug in. The kids loved the little secret room upstairs to play in. Most of the interior and exterior door locks were chains or bolt type locks which were a little high for my kids to reach, but it wasn’t a big deal once we talked about how they worked before they locked themselves in anywhere.
