You can hear the bustling city outside, but just a 2 minute car ride or 10 min walk to horse country and horse farms located just a mile from my home. Conveniently located to the interstate for overnight travelers just passing through, business workers, or anyone coming to visit Lexington! 4 miles from downtown, 4 miles to Hamburg, 5 miles from University of KY, 9 miles to KY Horse Park, 12 miles to airport. We have Uber and Lyft ride sharing services in Lexington and I have free and discounted codes for new users. The townhome is a spacious 2BR, 2.5BA filled with sports collectibles, memorabilia, & local artists paintings. Stocked with snacks, cookware. Sleeps 8-11. Master Bedroom: Queen size sleeps 2, BR2: 2 Full size beds sleep 4, Living Room: Full size Futon sleeps 2, couch sleeps 1, queen size air mattress as well sleeps 2.

Perfect location to visit the horse farms. Super clean and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Also gave us good ideas where to eat and visit.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Listing was accurate, the home is in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 min drive from everything, appreciated all the amenities and extras Albert provided, and he was extremely responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The house was cozy with plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the big screen tv and the end of the day. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked . Our host provided us with great communication and was very accommodating. We not only recommend this house but will definitely stay again!
This was a wonderful first time experience. The house was convenient to the horse park. It was so nice to come back to a cozy place to relax after a day at horse competition. I would highly recommend this house to stay at.
Great to have a place to stay that wasn’t a hotel. Room to spread out, make breakfast, watch TV at the end of the night, etc. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond by returning a left behind item. Thanks so much!
We own horses and had a fun time visiting a few of the activities. Also went to Red River Gorge and hiked up to the bridge and took the boat ride in the caves. Went to the burl a couple nights. Great pizza at Goodfella’s and ice cream!! 😋 Also went to several wineries and distilleries. Fun time! And house worked out well with location and was very nice.
This is literally the cleanest house I have ever been in!! You will not need anything ! So many amenities!! Toothbrushes, razors, lotion, shower gel, first aid kits the list goes on and on!! The kitchen has everything you need including a garlic press😁 the host is very nice!!! Perfect location to the Kentucky horse park.Great that pets are allowed! I will definitely be back!!!
Very clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Very nice touches everywhere you look. The two bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms, which is nice. Half bath is downstairs. Box fans are available in rooms. Washer and dryer are large capacity. Quick responses each time I messaged with a question to host. Very convenient to Target, KY Horse Park, and restaurants.
Convenient location with lots of amenities. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, good parking, quiet cul de sac. Was not bothered by the highway noise, I really only heard it when outside the house, did not hear when sleeping or inside. Owner is very easy to communicate with and leaves nice welcome gifts. Clean, but needs some deep cleaning (trim and front door need to be replaced, and a new coat of paint, which would give it 10 stars). The only other thing that was a little weird - there were clothes hanging in a few of the closets, maybe left from the last guest? Not sure, but we felt like we were staying in someone's house, not a rental. Personally, I would remove most of the extra decorations since its a rental, but thats my opinion which may not be others. Otherwise, a nice place to stay and great value.
