The town home is spacious enough for 3 couples. It was extremely clean! The location was great and convenient to Keeneland, downtown restaurants, distilleries, etc.

We had a wonderful stay for our first Bourbon Trail adventure! We traveled with three couples, and this townhome was absolutely perfect for our group. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, which made it ideal for couples and gave everyone privacy and comfort. The location was fantastic—close to many great bars, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Robert was an excellent host and was very welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. The townhome had everything we needed and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bourbon Trail area!

Townhome was a good size for three couples. Not enough seating for eating or watching tv for six people. The unit was very clean and the bedding was wonderful. Missing some practical items overall. Noise from the street both traffic and sirens made it hard to have continuous sleep.

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this host. We had a baby and toddler. Floor was clean for our little crawler and we put up boundaries to block stairs as our baby gate did not work with the railing. We brought the play pen and that worked well. We had what we needed to prepare our large meals and the local stores were not far. 6 adults and kids. We had plenty of space. We took our kid cots with us so kids did not need to be on bed.Host always replied.
