Less than a minute walk to Bella's Cafe, Joella's Hot Chicken, Walgreens Pharmacy, a hardware store and a dry cleaner.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was really well maintained and decorated beautifully. We appreciated all the essentials that were included in the house and how clean it was. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location

This location was a great surprise. The accommodations were great, beds comfortable and I loved that it was walking distance to stores and restaurants. We did walk to Kroger field but it did take a long time. Would definitely stay again.

Love this property!

This is our second time staying at this property and again it was a great choice. The property is wonderful, just as described, and in a great location. The host is wonderfully responsive when we had questions and had a bit of trouble with the AC unit. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone anyone staying in Lexington!

Nice place!

We were in Lexington for my daughter to compete at the KY Horse park. The place was plenty big for all of us. Very responsive management. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby— surprisingly good dining options. Will stay there again.

Great everything!

Absolutely loved everything about this home! Such charm, space and convenience to downtown Chevy Chase and UK campus. Love the flexibility of the host and the ability to entertain at this home. We had a great time with our family and hosting a gathering for the Easter holiday. Hoping to stay her again soon!

In town for a Wedding

This was a perfect location, the house was extremely comfortable everything we expected. We were in town for a family wedding, it was centrally located to all of the activities we had for the weekend. As a side note if you get a chance go to OBC Kitchen. You can will not be disappointed. The food, service, staff and experience will be a highlight to your visit.

This was a perfect location for us because our friends were upstairs. They showed us locations that we walked to for dinner, ice cream, drug store. All very convenient.

Great place but warning to consider

This is a duplex with a first and second floor. We stayed in the second floor. It was great a space and very spacious. There were a few things that could have enhanced the stay related to the property. We had no dish towels or paper towels so it was challenging the first morning, when we cooked, to clean up. We had to get some paper towels for the rest of the stay. The major downside of the property is that it is not very sound proof. The first night it was fine because there was no one below us, but the second night was horrible because we had very noisy neighbors that stayed awake until 4am. They were yelling and slamming doors and kept us all awake. If you rent this property, I would consider renting the whole house.

Lexington trip

We had our family seeing Lexington for the first time. Location was great and close to campus and lots of great places to eat that were close by within walking distance. The house was great! Very roomy and had everything we needed!

Such a great stay!

We stayed at this location for my daughter's UK graduation. We had an amazing trip and experience. The owner was great to work with and we had no issues. We will definitely be back if we are back in town!

Great getaway near UK!

Very charming and well-appointed property. The hosts have thought of every amenity and detail making this a very relaxing stay. We loved the location! Just a short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars in the trendy Chevy Chase neighborhood. Hope it’s available on our next trip to Lexington.
