We liked it but, the pool cues and tennis table could be fixed up. For a small amount these are the features of the experience. Tips on the cues and nets on the table would help make it that much better. Tou could spend 100 and have these fixed and at a working level easy

I like Levin. Pretty good town considering that it's on SH1. just big enough to have the shops you need, but small enough to have a small town feel
