L’hôtel n’est pas du tout au niveau d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Les photos mises en avant ne représentent pas la réalité, l’hôtel manque clairement d’entretien. Les chambres ne sont pas très propres, moquette… climatisation… salle de bain et elles sont assez délabrées. Surtout, l’isolation avec l’extérieur et avec l’intérieur qui donnait au dessus de la réception est inexistante. Je mets 2 étoiles pour la localisation et pour le petit déjeuner qui était correct mais j’ai dormi dans des motels et des auberges qui étaient bien au dessus de cet hôtel.

Points positifs : disponibilité et amabilité du personnel, très bien situé géographiquement et literie plutôt confortable. Points négatifs : odeurs désagréable de canalisation provenant de la salle de bain, faible isolation phonique provenant des chambres voisines et des couloirs, wifi qui ne capte pas alors que notre chambre était au même étage que l'accueil, problème de réception TV avec perte de l'image, salle de petit déjeune austère et petit déjeuner certes continental mais assez simple et aucune variation donc on se lasse rapidement (nous en avons passé cinq nuits)

Centralt och bra med fin servicekänsla!

Ett välskött och mycket centralt hotell nära Place Massena, Gamla Stan och Promenade des Anglais. Bemannad reception dygnet runt gör att det känns tryggt. Bra frukost. Riktigt fin och varm service hos hela personalen. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka fler gånger. Tack för en fin vistelse!
