"The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking costs a little extra but it is secure and easy. The room was large with comfortable beds and the shower had plenty of space for toiletries. Breakfast was pretty good. Whilst the room was superficially clean, everything could do with a bit of a deep clean, such as walls or behind seat cushions. 10 minutes by car to the city. Good for a short stay."

"Wonderful stay at Das Innsbruck with our three children. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool area was lovely for the children after a day exploring. "We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."
