Super station

Point fort : Emplacement de l'appartement idéal dans la station. matériel de cuisine suffisant ; rangement suffisant ; belle terrasse avec vue sur la Muzelle Points faibles : description de l'appart dans l'annonce pas très au point ; il eut été correct d'indiquer que les petites pièces à l'étage du duplex sont sous les combles et en pentes (pour l'ado de 1,90m c'est pas l'idéal) un seul éclairage dans une petite pièce avec trois lits sous les combles en pente ; problèmes d'électricité (à revoir) beaucoup de prises détachées du mur (très dangereux) ; les pièces à l'étage sont accessibles par un escalier de meunier très pentu (dangereux) et grinçant ; le velux de la petite pièce ne s'ouvre pas et le rideau ne fonctionne pas (irrespirable) Une petite cabine de douche à l'étage pour 7 personnes ; un seul wc pour un appartement annoncé 7/8 couchages En conclusion, bel appartement idéalement placé qui mérite une réfection (notamment de l'électricité), mais qui en aucun cas ne convient pour sept personnes (tout juste 4 ... mais pas des grands)
