Very beautiful, comfortable residence "Montana Plein Sud", built in 2011. 37 apartments in the residence. 450 m from the centre of Val Thorens, 10 km from the centre of Les Ménuires, in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool heated. In the complex: reception, lounge, sauna, steam room, lift, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. Communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 700 m. Sports centre 700 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 50 m, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallées. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The photograph shows a typical example.
