"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again."

"With over 2 weeks in Scotland and staying 14 different places, I would recommend this property in Oban. It was centrally located, clean, and comfortable with large bed. The bathroom was small but very clean and I would not let this affect your decision unless you need a large bathroom. The breakfast bag was nice as well. Parking was cheap and on the road or across the street, but close. This place is around many restaurants and very close to Oban distillery. I really appreciate the cleanliness and convenience of this place if staying in Oban. "

"Spacious, comfortable room. Staff need a few lessons in manners, attentiveness and dress code. Breakfast okay, nothing to write home about. Staff wore jeans, trainers and blouses, not quite what I would have expected. One member of staff in breakfast room rather rude. We ordered breakfast both without sourdough toast and asked for brown toast separately. Breakfast arrived served on top of brown toast, not separate as requested. I said we had asked for it separate and she went to take plate away. I said just to leave it and bring toast separately. She returned with one slice in a toast rack. I said I had requested toast for 2 on the side. She grabbed the toast rack and said if you tell me what you want I will get it. Strange I thought I already had! Had requested a room with bath in message to hotel prior to arrival. None available but not even acknowledged by Receptionist, just said none available. At checkout we weren't asked how our stay was, but did offer have a nice day as we were leaving. Such a shame, as this used to be our go to Hotel in Oban since it first opened, but that is definitely our last visit"

"Room was clean and had a view of the ocean. Overall, very noisy doors seaming, showers in other rooms all hours of the night. I was closer to the back where there seemed to be a lot of people coming and going despite there only being 4 rooms. "

"Clean hotel with excellent customer service. Parking was also included which was a rare find "

"Dinner was great. Breakfast was not that good (not the same Chef as dinner). Room was fine. We just spent one night there and it was good for a stop over."
