Checked into our ground floor room and it smelled very strongly of mold. They moved us down the street to another lodging. The second room was adequate but bed pillows and comforter smelled. Great location. Need to fix mold issue with Arbor. Overall they were gracious about changing our room.

History and location. People were good. Room was rather dark as ceiling light was dull. Overlooking the internal courtyard and backs of other buildings was not great.
