"Hotel was very nicely laid out and staff friendly. Onsite parking provided, at a cost of £10 per day. It would have been nice if this was made clear at time of booking. Problem with TV. I had to fully reset and retune to enable it to operate. Reception staff did try, but were too busy (and probably under staffed) to spend time fixing. Suggest this is part of check list for hotel prior to new guests. Wi-Fi not the best managed to get 2 bars at best. Room noisy in morning as hotel is on busy...
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Perle Oban Hotel & Spa! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and pubs. We especially loved watching the fishing boats and ferries coming and going in the harbor. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel was a wonderful home base for exploring Oban. "The room itself was okay for 2 nights. But it was the time of the heatwave, and I could only open the window literally one inch, so it was suffocating to stay there. Luckily, the housekeeper got me a fan that helped, but I hope they adjust it so it can be opened to at least 3-4 inches which is the standard safety gap."
