Nice clean room with complimentary teas & coffees in the ground floor kitchen. Lively pub underneath the hotel with bands playing. May be noisy for some but I loved it and couldn't really hear anything in rear facing room

Conveniently located facing the ocean right in downtown Oban, so the whole town was within walking distance once we got settled. Comfortable room with parking right next door, and we enjoyed dinner at the pub right in the hotel, watching one of the FIFA matches. Slept well here and had a hearty continental breakfast the next morning. Would recommend!

Stunning views and location. Easy access to the hustle and bustle of Oban. The pub downstairs was lovely. Really friendly staff too and great food. Our beds were comfy and the room was a sufficient size. Access to a communical kitchen was great to prepare breakfast and you could also buy continental breakfast provisions (including gluten free options).

The room had everything we needed, it was quaint & convenient. The kitchen / breakfast setup was perfect for doing our own cooking and purchasing just what we needed - a few eggs. I look forward to staying again the next time I’m in Oban!

Gorgeous view, excellent location. Walkable to train station, shopping, dinning. Our whole family was able to stay in a private room. Kitchen and common area were the cleanest we stayed at. Again, the sunset view from our room was amazing! Highly recommend.

The property was conveniently located and had good amenities. However, my bed had a previous customer’s hair all over it and by the time I saw it, it was too late in the evening to have it dealt with. The company also refused to take accountability. So, it was quite disappointing dropping $500 to experience this.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. I particularly liked being able to use the spacious communal kitchen with all its equipment. Only down side was the climb up several flights of stairs to the attic room. Next time I'll remember to request a room on a lower level.

Location is wonderful with a setting right on the waterfront. Community kitchen is likely helpful for many travelers. That being said, pay careful attention to whether you have a private bathroom in your room as not all do. We had issues with plumbing in our room that were not resolved during our stay. And bummed that we were told to have live music Fridays and Saturdays in the pub below but it wasn’t happening the Friday night we were there.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 grown sons in separate private rooms. No private parking. Public metered parking is limited. No elevator and no fire safety exits. Stuffy and bit moldy. Beds were comfortable and bar underneath has great food. I would not recommend.

Great location for a short stay

Stayed here on either side of our trip due to early/late ferries. The Corran Guest House is in such a convenient location with a great pub attached which did really nice food and had a great atmosphere. The rooms itself were clean, super comfortable and quiet. Would happily stay here again.
