"Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area. "
