"This was a great place to stay. Close to Nashville but in a rural setting. It was a halfway place for a friend and I to meet. We didn’t even leave the property to eat since it has an awesome buffet breakfast and daily manager’s reception at dinner time. There is also a great juice place right next door. It had a spacious hot tub, nice pool, and comfy chairs to lounge in. My only recommendation would be to have a hook on the bathroom door for clothes or towels, and they did not have any lotion either. These are small suggestions, and overall, I would highly recommend!"

"My daughter had an appointment in the area so we decided to go up the night before. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were really good. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their rooms are adjoining rooms. Since it was only me and my daughter it made me a little uneasy, but nobody bothered us."

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and smelled nice. Hotel and downstairs and hallways also clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good for a hotel supplied breakfast. Overall pleased. "

"Dead bug in bathroom. Screeching toilet. Ac unit rumbled loudly when it turned on each time. Lots of noises from other rooms. Super tall beds hard to use with toddlers."

"Tru in Franklin was a lovely and well cared for hotel. My wife and were in town to see a show at the Factory and the close proximity of Tru was perfect for the night. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, the snacks available in the lobby were a real treat when we returned from our outing. In the morning the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. We will stay here again on our next visit to Franklin, TN."
