Superstar Country Retreat - Historic Franklin Home
Enjoy Historic Franklin, Tn like nobody else when you stay at one of our fantastic country Farmhouse. We are located directly next to The Factory which has a number of great eateries and shops. Our location is also located very close to downtown Historic Franklin which is considered one of the best hidden gems in the country.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is two levels to accommodate all types of groups. It features a beautiful landscape for leisure and fun with friends and family. It has 4 ultra-comfy beds throughout ranging from a large king all the way to a couple of cozy twins and more. The open floor plan kitchen and living area is great for entertaining and socializing while the modern luxury, fully stocked kitchen will suit even the most experienced chef.
You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries. Thanks!

GUEST RENTAL POLICY
Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you. Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.
Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.
Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.
BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

We had a great time! Rental was spacious and clean! Great location - we loved it! The only thing worth noting is the one room with twin beds is that they are trundle beds - this was totally fine but would have been helpful to know ahead of time and we could have used an extra blanket. Would stay here again! Thanks!
The property is located very close to town and it was very clean. It’s actually a duplex with another duplicate unit attached but it was no issue for us. Plenty of parking for all and we only saw the neighbors once.
Rented this property for Family who was visiting for Christmas. Adults and kids. Great location close to shopping and restaurants at the factory. Very clean property. Well maintained and stocked. Would definitely recommend.
Well presented and clean, but shared house, terrible beds
Pristine, well decorated. Dissapointed that it was not disclosed it is a shared house w 2 apartments. Master bedroom mattress is awful. No info in the house on area, no info on wifi, had to call and ask, microwave didnt work- had to call twice to get replacement. Great floor plan and location. This house is a big business rental.
This is my second time staying with Host Extraordinaires, both visits were excellent. As a regular visitor to Franklin with my family, this is my preferred rental.
