5 Star Captain's Quarters is a spacious, newly-converted separate studio that is fully furnished and only 6 blocks from the heart of Downtown Franklin. The studio sits behind our original family home - Stone Oaks - that was built in 1919.

You'll enjoy a truly comfortable night's sleep in our brand new king-size bed as well as other amenities such as a smart TV, a fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr Coffee drip, brand new tiled bathroom, walk in closet, and so much more.

The private setting and drive offers ample room to enjoy the outdoors with the assurance of quiet and comfort should you choose to stay in and relax away the day.

Cozy Bungalow in Great Location

Very nice well appointed Cottage in great neighborhood. Even though we didn’t bring our pet, the place was so clean that we couldn’t tell that any pets had been there. Definitely will be back when we can spend more time exploring the area.

I had only one night to stay in Franklin this trip so waffled between staying here or just a hotel.

So glad I stayed here. Completely easy checkin/checkout. Comfy bed. Beautiful location and walking distance to "downtown" Franklin with restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful historic homes. Much nicer than the hotels near you he Interstate and no less convenient.

Absolutely charming and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. There is nothing I would change about this property or the way the hosts had it ready when I arrived. I will stay there again when I visit Franklin.

A delightful stay

From the moment that our host Mark met us in the parking lot, along with Buddy, the most hospitable little dog you can imagine, we knew we had found a great place. Almost every time we parked, Buddy was ready to welcome us back. The little cabin is wonderful. Perfect for two people. The bed was super comfortable. Mark and Damon, his wife, have pretty much thought of everything you need for a great stay.

This was a wonderful experience. The bed was comfortable. There is two houses on this location. We stayed in the studio Captain Quarters. The surrounding property was beautiful and well maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the property owner, he was very accommodating. We will return and we hope it is soon

More beautiful than home

Captain's Quarters is a gorgeous studio type apartment with full amenities that is more comfortable than my own home. The owners are delightful, friendly and eager to please. the grounds are lush and inviting and I have stayed twice with plans to come on a regular basis! A beautiful drive will take you anywhere you want to go near Nashville or surrounding towns and you will not regret being part of Rogers Homeport for you stay!

Love Franklin

Watch out for extra charges. When we booked this room we thought the cost was $125 plus tax, only to find there was a $50 cleaning charge and a $21 booking fee. This listing came up with all the other hotels in the area, and the extra charges were hidden until we booked. No other hotels had extra charges on the Expedia site. The A/C has a program that does not allow for raising or lowering after 10:00 PM, so we were hot all night long. There are no blackout curtains in the space and there is a large bright light coming through the shutters that make it difficult to sleep. There was no Kleenex or bar soap and only enough coffee to have one cup. The owner came by as we were packing to leave and asked how the stay was. When I stated the surprise on the charges, she said she had never looked at the listing and after all this is a business. I would not recommend this for one night stays, and suggest you fully understand that. $125 room turns out to be a $231 charge on your credit card that can’t be cancelled.
