"Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free."

"Very helpful staff, nice size room and disable toilet tastefully decorated and appeared to be a very popular place to stay. It right in the heart of Leicester which is great downside is it I could hear all the partying from my second floor room. Oh there is no parking I think the ncp car park has closed I used the nearby Highcross for parking overnight I was charged £6.50 (bargain). Also very confusing check-in time I’m sure it was advertised as being 2:00pm but the confirmation e- mail I received said 3:00pm"
