Perfect accommodation, great location.

Our second stay at the house, this time with friends, just as we remembered. Perfect location for the beach and dunes, easy walk or cycle into town for the shops & bars. Lovely terrace for eating out or just chilling. Recommended.

Maison trÚs agréable dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Propriétaire et contact sur place attentionnés et disponibles. Entre le sac et ressac de l'océan , le chant des oiseaux et le petit écureuil qui nous rendait visite chaque matin : que demander de plus !

Appartement trÚs agréable et bien situé

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour au Cap Ferret. L'appartement loué par Jean-Louis est charmant et bien équipé, avec une superbe vue sur les pins et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Sa localisation, à deux pas de la Plage de l'Horizon, est un vrai plus !

Kurz hinter der DĂŒne

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, immer klar und deutlich. Die Übergabe, bzw. der Check-in war mit der Betreuung vor Ort, Babeth, sehr gut. Babeth ist sehr freundlich, wir haben auf unsere Fragen immer zeitnahe Antworten bekommen. Das hat alles einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir haben auch BettwĂ€sche fĂŒr ein Doppelbett und zwei einzelne Betten fĂŒr 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Preis von 101,-€ kam uns hier allerdings etwas hoch vor. Die Lage ist einzigartig, in wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand, kann das Auto auf dem geschlossenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Cap-Ferret selbst liegt etwas ab vom Schuss, es gibt aber alles was man braucht. Dennoch wĂŒrden wir nicht mehr nach Cap-Ferret. fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ist man doch weit draußen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, mit vielen selbst gemalten Bildern vom Vermieter. Das hat uns gefallen. Die blickgeschĂŒtzte Terrasse nach SĂŒden und Westen ist auch sehr schön. Zwischen den BĂ€umen hat man einen Blick auf die DĂŒne. Das Dusch-WC im Erdgeschoss sollte aus meiner Sicht modernisiert werden. Leider ist in der Dusche deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Dieser könnte einfach mit den entsprechenden Mitteln beseitigt werden. Das ist der einzige Punkt, mit dem wir unzufrieden waren. Abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung, die Lage, der Vermieter absolut zu empfehlen.

Séjour trÚs agréable. La maison est bien placée, prÚs de la plage mais aussi du centre, et bien équipée. La terrasse offre une vue sur les dunes et est bien orientée. Nous avons adoré ces vacances.

un petit coin de paradis

La maison correspond prĂ©cisĂ©ment Ă  la description , bien Ă©quipĂ©e, elle est idĂ©alement placĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage et Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du marchĂ© et du centre du village du cap . Pas de vis Ă  vis sur la terrasse et le luxe d'avoir une deuxiĂšme terrasse en contre bas pour fais son yoga tranquille en regardant les Ă©cureuils jouer dans les pins. si vous n'aimez vous endormir Ave le bruit des vagues ou vous rĂ©veiller Ave le chant des oiseaux fermez la fenĂȘtre .... dernier dĂ©tail : pour les amoureux des grands lits celui de la chambre parentale fait 140 m mais en utilisant les lits gigognes de la chambre des enfants on obtient un 170 cm trĂšs confortable :))) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir profiter de ce petit coin de paradis , merci Jean Louis et merci Babeth pour avoir tout prĂ©parer avant notre arrivĂ©e . bien cordialement Pascale et Laurent

NĂ€her hingucken lohnt sich

In der Beschreibung und bei den Bildern entspricht weitgehend der RealitĂ€t Leider ist ein Google Maps Fehler mit der Adresse verbunden das GrundstĂŒck nr 74 wird bei Nummer 44 gezeigt mit einer unschönen Nachbarschaft Da wird man dann erfreut wenn man vor dem richtigen GrundstĂŒck steht Auch da muss man genau hinschauen - es handelt sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus wie angepriesen sondern um ein triple Haus und einer Wohnanlage mit 22 Objekten -da kommt man grĂŒbeln GlĂŒcklicherweise ist das vermietete Objekt am obersten Punkt der Anlage mit fantastischem Ausblick bis zur DĂŒne ĂŒber niedriger liegende HĂ€user eingerahmt durch großen Baumbestand - zudem hat das mietobjekt 2 in der Anlage vorhandene angeschlossene fest zugeordnete ParkplĂ€tze, was bei der vorhandenen Parkplatznot „Gold wert ist - man muss schon genau hinschauen und als Vermieter die RealitĂ€t nennen - sonst kann eine EnttĂ€uschung werden

Grosse déception

Grosse dĂ©ception a notre arrivĂ©e, maison pas conforme a nos attentes. Nous avions adorĂ© les photos de l'extĂ©rieur et malheureusement en fĂ©vrier elle n'Ă©tait pas du tout nettoyĂ©. J'ai Ă©tĂ© oblige de la nettoyer moi mĂȘme! Pour l'intĂ©rieur le canapĂ© n'existe plus, il est remplacĂ© par une banquette de jardin. La cuisine n'est pas propre, de la rouille sur les Ă©lĂ©ments en inox. Le lave vaisselle est rouillĂ© a l'intĂ©rieur. La salle de douche vĂ©tuste avec une douche qui fuit et l'odeur nausĂ©abonde d'Ă©gout pendant tous le sĂ©jour! Une buanderie dans un Ă©tat sale. Le systĂšme Ă©lectrique dĂ©faillant dans la maison. Dans la chambre des enfants, 1 lit simple correct pas de lit superposĂ© comme sur la photo. l'autre lit est une banquette avec il lit gigogne donc literie pas confortable. (Photos a l'appui de toutes mes remarques enregistrer sur mon tĂ©lĂ©phone)

Schönes Haus in StrandnÀhe

Sehr gĂŒnstig gelegenes Haus mit sonniger Terrasse. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und zur Ortmitte mit den GeschĂ€ften ist es auch nicht weit. Die DĂŒnen sind vom Haus aus zu sehen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. In der KĂŒche ist alles fĂŒr einen Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour de fin de saison

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs fonctionnelle, et mĂȘme cocooning, oĂč on se sent comme chez soi. Elle est idĂ©alement placĂ©e par rapport Ă  la plage de l'horizon, et pour le reste tout est Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  vĂ©lo. Petit coin de paradis

La maison est parfaitement situĂ©e dans une petite rĂ©sidence proche de tout: Ă©cole de surf d’Alex juste en face, plage de l’horizon juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et marchĂ© Ă  3 min en vĂ©lo et malgrĂ© cette proximitĂ©, la belle terrasse en teck au milieu des pins offre un dĂ©paysement total au calme sans vis Ă  vis et un merveilleux coucher de soleil. L’accueil et le dĂ©part orchestrĂ©s par Virginie sont au top. L’intĂ©rieur mĂ©riterait un petit rafraĂźchissement mais est parfaitement fonctionnel et la literie trĂšs correcte. On s’endort avec les bruit des vagues juste derriĂšre les dunes. (Petit plus 2 places de parking dans la rĂ©sidence ) Merci Jean Louis! Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la location de Jean-Louis, trÚs agréable, terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée, trÚs bien équipée, trÚs bien située, au calme mais à quelques minutes de la plage à pied et du centre et des commerces, marché... On apprécie la maison pour sa terrasse ensoleillée

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour d’une semaine en famille en aoĂ»t dans cette petite maison du cap ferret. Les contacts avec le propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© excellents. Les + : l’emplacement Ă  150 m de l’ocean , la belle et grande terrasse plein sud , les Ă©quipements nombreux, le parking privĂ© , les accĂšs simples et pratiques, la vue Les - : l’etat De propretĂ© trĂšs moyen Ă  l’arrivĂ©e , les 2 chambres en hauts sont exiguĂ«s et trĂšs chaudes (sous les toits ). Par ailleurs, certains Ă©quipements, comme la cabine de douche, devraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s car trop vĂ©tuste.... Le voisinage trĂšs prĂ©sent peut s’averer Bruyant . Globalement le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bon et la mĂ©tĂ©o clĂ©mente , je recommande cette location .

Charmante Wohnung in absoluter Bestlage am Traumstrand

Mit sonniger und sehr großzĂŒgiger uneinsehbarer Terrasse hat die charmante Wohnung alles fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung 100% wie angegeben. Herzliche Betreuung durch Virginie und ebenso herzlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Ausreichend Platz fĂŒr eine vierköpfige Familie (mit zwei Teenagern) und idealer Standort fĂŒr Surfer. Tolle Surfschule genau gegenĂŒber.
