"The hotel is in the city center surrounding numerous eating and shopping stores, and closes to transportations and tourist attractions. There are all private rooms, clean and comfort, with more than needed bathrooms/showers, kitchens and washing machines."

"arrived early from US to Madrid - 10:30am. Was able to work in the comfortable lounge space between the reception desk and the bar/resturant in HRC Hotel from 10:30 to 1:30 (check in time was 3pm but they were able to get me a room by 1:30). VERY nice place and well maintained... "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy, and the customer service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our door each morning. It was a thoughtful touch. Free coffee downstairs was a nice bonus as well. The location is fantastic, with a convenience store right across the hotel. The air conditioning was strong (a must for us), and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay."
