"Keine Gartenmitbenutzung, kein Wintergarten, Baulich nicht!! getrennt von Vermieterwohnung. Man teilt sich ein Haus, die Ferienwohnung ist in der oberen Etage. Alles offen. Unten waren Katzen, das geht mit Hund überhaupt nicht.Zwischendurch rief die Vermieterin hoch, also keine Privatsphäre.Wohnung abgewohnt. Speckige Polstermöbel, kaputte Sofas, Tropfender Heizkörper, Toaster kaputt, Rolladen von Fenster ging nicht hoch,also dunkel, teilweise blinde Fensterscheiben. Fehlendes Leuchtmittel in...

"we enjoyed it a lot. we were warmly welcomed. it was clean and spacious. nothing was missing. we could relax wonderfully. we stayed there for 2 days with our kids. the town of Leer is beautiful and well worth a visit. The apartment is highly recommended."
