"Much to our horror, this hotel was 50kms from Groningen where we were to stay 3 days. The taxi cost us $320 AU. We thought it was in a suburb of Groningen. The owner was lovely and helped us find another hotel in Groningen for 2 days as we wanted to visit art galleries. It is in a lovely town but not what we wanted. Won’t be using Wotif again."

"Heel fijn. Verblijf bij botique hotel westerlee alles is schoon en personeel is zeer gastvrij. Het hotel is net open en is dus nog druk bezig met verbeteringen maar dat hoeft de pret niet te drukken en heb ik als gast geen overlast van ervaren. Wij waren er als gezin en kregen we een gratis upgrade naar de gezinskamer omdat die vrij en beschikbaar was dus dat is echte gastbrijheid. Onz zoontje heeft ook heel leuk gespeeld met de dochter van de eigenaresse. Echt de knusheid van een mooi...

"Das Personal war großartig darin, mich zu Ignorieren :( Wenn doch mal jemand zu sprechen war, dann waren das zwar nur max 2-3 Dreiwortsätze, ohne Blickkontakt, aber immerhin. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte war grundsätzlich keiner da oder sah sich geneigt, mit mir zu sprechen - ansonsten hätte ich das alles gleich vor Ort besprechen können. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, lag allerdings im Treppenhaus, also exakt zwischen Restaurant & Küche und schräg über der Rezeption… Entsprechend lang zogen...
