Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war schon sehr herzlich, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.Bei der Ferienwohnung mangelt es an gar nichts,sie ist Top ausgestattet, sogar Kaffeepads für die Senseo Kaffeemaschiene und eine Heißluftfriteuse.Wlan ist auch vorhanden.Betten waren frisch bezogen und im Bad genügend Handtücher vorhanden.Man hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.Die Wohnung liegt in der 1.Etage.Den Wald für unseren Hundespaziergang erreichten wir in 1 Minute.Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral.Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen- so eine freundliche und herzliche Vermieterin- immer gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne gut gelegene Wohnung
Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) im Rahmen eines Basketballturniers in Leer in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung untergebracht und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für die erste Nacht konnte sogar noch ein Mannschaftskamerad unseres Sohnes mit übernachten – die Gastgeberin war sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich und hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und gezeigt.Die Wohnung ist modern, kombiniert aber geschickt neue Einrichtung mit charmanten Retroelementen aus dem ursprünglichen Haus – etwa ein kleiner Sessel, Vasen oder ein gerahmter Abschnitt der kunstvoll bedruckten Wand. Besonders positiv ist uns die hochwertige Dusche im frisch renovierten Bad aufgefallen – da wollte keiner mehr raus! Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen heizte sich die Wohnung nicht übermäßig auf, was man bei einem Dachgeschoss gar nicht unbedingt erwarten würde.Die Küchenausstattung ist der Größe der Küche angemessen– sogar ein Airfryer ist vorhanden.Für uns war die Lage perfekt – mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles, was wir fürs Turnier brauchten, war in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und zur wunderschönen Altstadt von Leer waren es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden und auch an Kinderfreundlichkeit wurde gedacht. Ein paar Spiele und Spielzeuge sind vorhanden.Klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
