"This is a beautiful location on the crystal river. We enjoyed using the kayaks to paddle up and down and my two boys love the sand on the beach. We had a little situation with some unexpected fire alarms, the first night, but the team worked hard the next day to fix everything.We would definitely stay here again"

"The unit is an ADU located on the same property as the main house (?), with the apartment situated upstairs. It appears that the downstairs unit is also rented out and includes a dog as we heard barking upon arrival. Positives: Convenient parking, nice view, Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and basic necessities like soap and towels were provided. The host was responsive and communicative when needed.Areas for Improvement: The driveway is in very poor condition and needs restoration, as it’s severely eroded and steep. My tires spun while driving up the hill to reach the unit, and I was genuinely concerned I might not make it. The entry and staircase also lacks lighting at night, which poses a safety concern. The unit shows visible wear and tear, including cabinet damage and areas repaired with duct tape. Lastly, there is a door hidden behind a bookcase, which felt unusual and left us uneasy during our stay. "
