"Doorman & Jennifer at the front desk 10/10 Comfy beds & no bugs another 10/10 Other than that this place is pretty run down. There's soooo much trash thrown over/off balconies and never cleaned up? "Cons: arrived and the temp in the house was 87 degrees because the AC was not turned on prior to arrival. AC did not cool off for the first 12 hours, management took a few hours to respond. 2 pull out sofa beds were broken on the bottom corners. There was no hairdryer like it said on the listing. Pros: House was in a great location and was able to accommodate a large group. Has its own boat slip so able to rent a boat. Lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. "
