We only needed a place to cool down, clean up and rest after a wonderful concert experience at Ozarks Amphitheater…this facility fit those needs. Obviously it appears to be a work in progress for the better but for our needs…it was perfect!

The staff were very nice. The property was clean but run down. The lobby had an intense smell of carpet cleaner but this dissipated as you left the lobby. Overall it was manageable for a one night stay in the area but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The place is, overall, run-down. "Pet-friendly" meant paint clawed by someone's animal was not repainted and hair still evident in the door frame. No carpet in the room. Broken tile in the floor and the shower curtains were stained. It smells bad - dirty, old cooking funk. Daily cleaning did not include the floor. Bring your own tissues or use the toilet paper - there was none in the room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast actually pretty good. We chose it because of its close distance to the hospital where Grandma had surgery. It was cheap.

The room was clean but the property not so much. There were dirty towels sitting in the hallway all night. There was trash on the ground towards the back of the building. The parking lot needs repair. There is no carpeting in the rooms which was fine since we stayed there with our dogs. The bed was really tall off the ground and with only one chair in the room there was no place to sit with our dogs. With dachshunds it didn't really work. The road it was on wasn't too busy so we were able walk our dogs across the road at the airport. The was a nice grassy area at the front of the hotel as well. The handle on the toilet had to be held down to get it to flush properly. It was not a bad place but it would be unlikely we would return.

The room was clean the pool felt gray the only thing I think they could work on is getting the hot tub working the staff was really friendly in the breakfast was good I just wish the pool wasn't closed for cleaning the last day we were there
