It was a restful stays. I was there for 3 nights 4 days. Bed and sheets are clean and comfortable. Bathroom are also clean and well maintained. AC is working and converts to heater. The only thing is the TV bec I have to auto tune it to see other channels. But TV is less of a concern for as I was only there to get restful sleepIt still suits my need. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Paper thin towels, not very clean, just sheets on the bed - no blanket or comforter. Breakfast looked hideous, coffee was decaf or regular with powdered creamer, that's it. Staff is helpful, and courteous.

My room was basically clean, the lobby and hallways could be cleaner (debris on floors). The staff was nice to deal with and spoke fluent English. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool nor the laundry room. I am planning on staying there contingent on their moving me to the other building which I haven't stayed in before. I will post that experience after staying there.

Well the air in the rooms did work good, a little noisy, out door pool was out of order and the same for the hot tub , washing machines were both out of order did not try the dryers, the carpets hadn’t seen a vacuum in several days the continental breakfast was fine, it was no 5 star hotel, price was ok, WiFi was mirroring your phone to the tv? staff was friendly and they did have free coffee available all day that was a plus

Did not stay when we turned the cover and found roaches. Entry way couch looked and smelled like someone slept on it with their pets. Not a clean place. I will tell people to stay away unless you want to take home their insects.

There was one amazing staff member that was working hard to make your stay. A great one. She needs help. Because it takes more than one person to run a hotel. With no hot tub cold indoor pool. Bad plumbing and a unclean look to the rooms. She can't do it all.

We will 100% never stay here again. The shower wasn't the cleanest, it had a weird pink stain. I got cold, so grabbed a comforter and it had a spot of dried blood on it. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we just kept it off. The AC worked but was very loud as well. My husband killed what he thought was a roach crawling on the nightstand. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbors from every single room by us. We didn't bother with the breakfast nor the pool or hot tub because we were visiting family. I will say, the only positives of this hotel was that it was cheaper than everywhere else on a weekend and the staff was very friendly.

Room was clean. No phone to call front desk for assistance. No directions available to explain electronics, where the ice machine was located? Necessitated three trips to speak with the front desk personnel. Lighting was poor, switches that did not work, or no switches, two receptacles with no light bulbs. I did find it ironic to find a travel magazine showcasing the amenities of Topeka, KS. in the room.

The perfect hotel for what was needed. We were there to see the Ozark Mountain daredevils at the Ozark amphitheater and the hotel was within an excellent distance from the venue. It also had great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and perfect. Great stay would recommend.

Staff was nice. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was dirty and full of the staffs kid's personal toys. No way would you get me in it. Room was clean. Parking lot, trash cans were full of trash everywhere. Very disgusting. Vending machine didn't work. The staff was putting breakfast away before the time was even over when we got there. She didn't bother to bring what she put away backk out. If we hadn't booked prior, we would never have stayed here, will never again.

I always inspect hotel rooms the minute I walk in. Mine was very clean. The a/c kept a cool 67°, however it can be loud when running (but I love having fan noise when I sleep, so It didn’t bother me). Speaking of sleep, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were clean. In the bathroom, everything was very clean. The property is aging, which showed in the bathroom the most. The shower head would no longer swivel up or down. That made taking a shower interesting and challenging. I stayed on a weekend. It was quiet, and everyone was respectful. The indoor pool looked nice, however, I did not have time to try it out. I thought it overpriced, as the property is in need of some major renovation fixes and upgrades.
