Staff were good to deal with. Friendly and helpful. The room and building conditions were disappointing. Missing lamp switches, no shower curtain, outside doors dont latch or lock on the building we stayed in. I acttually had to duck a door closer that was detached and hanging from the door frame (I tightened the screws with my fingers so someone else woulsnt hit their head) The TV in the room wouldnt hook to the internet so there was no TV available. There werent any hygiene products for a shower or even wash our hands. Pretty disappointing for a Baymont Hotel

The perfect hotel for what was needed. We were there to see the Ozark Mountain daredevils at the Ozark amphitheater and the hotel was within an excellent distance from the venue. It also had great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and perfect. Great stay would recommend.

Room was alright.. staff was polite. Hot tub was down for repair. Indoor pool has peeling paint at the water level and is not heated. ( water was too cold to swim. ) At breakfast we got a glass of orange juice & apple juice.. both juices had dead fruit flies floating in them. I booked the room for my grandson's 19th birthday.. He was disappointed.

The 1st room I was put in smelled of urine and the A/C was not functioning properly, but the staff was quick to put me in another room and my 4 yr old grandson said "mmm this room smells so good" lol. Other than that, it was a nice stay. The breakfast actually had some protein options and the coffee was actually good.

It was fine. We had to ask desk for clean towels, the dirty ones were not picked up. The indoor pool was a nice thing to have. Breakfast was definitely sufficient for price range of hotel. Facilities were clean. Overall our experience was fine, no major complaints.

It gives you the basic shelter and comfort for being out of town for business. Indoor pool is available while the outdoor pool is not. Washer and dryer was a big plus. You have to set your TV yourself every time you watch a TV by scanning for channels. Room is clean and the ac works.

The outdoor pool is dry, indoor pool is broke. Ice machine in office area was the only one that worked. The staff were nice and helpful but the facility needs repair. Very few people stayed there during our two nights. Seems low numbers for middle of summer vacation time in a lake vacation town.

Day staff very nice. Pool unswimable . Hot tub cold not working, Door entering building not closing properly. Anyone can enter building, no screen on Window . Ac would quit working during night. Making it hot a stagnant. Hallway was as hot a desert. Surrounding restaurants warned of bed bugs. No house keeping. We were there 5 days no trash taken out, no clean towels, if wanted them you had go to office to get them. Looks like public hair on ceiling. Just completely outdated and dirty. BEDS LIKE SLEEPING ON HARD FLOOR. Only thing good was the lady at desk during the day.
