Room was clean. It had a nice mini fridge with freezer., and microwave, coffee maker (which I didn’t use because the coffee machine in the lobby made really good coffee.
The desk manager was very friendly.
The breakfast was really good, especially the bacon. There were a lot of choices of hot food (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon.)
There was yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cinnamon bread.
Multiple choices of juice.
Breakfast was a hot meal and pretty good. Sir conditioning was quiet and worked well. Staff had to repair toilet but they did so with no problem. Room smelled musty but otherwise comfortable.
Location was good. Overall cleanliness was ok. The woman who checked is in was great!!!! Very sweet and helpful
The bad....
We started our room with 2 rolls of tp 1/4 full
They do have an indoor pool.... Buuuut... In October they had all the windows open and so the water was like ice.... They had no swim towels out just bin full of dirty ones.
They are supposed to have breakfast... They did on Sunday morning and it was ok, standard hotel breakfast eggs bacon waffles biscuits and gravy.
However, Monday morning when I came out there was NO BREAKFAST other than drinks, cereal, and yogurt...I liked around confused and tried to ask the staff member who did not speak English. He directed me to a female staff member in back room. She was horribly rude to me "well the person who was supposed to set up breakfast OBVIOUSLY didn't....n looked at me like I was crazy for expecting a breakfast when I intentionally booked a hotel that served breakfast. There was many more horribly rude responses with this staff member... Which shocked me considering I was polite with valid questions.
Will definitely not be back.
For the price, this place is great. Rooms have been updated and were clean and everything worked as it should. Not a super fancy place but didn't want to pay twice as much to get something super high level. Staff was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was in and out quickly and changed out the towels every day - some places require you to ask for new towels or they won't change them. Breakfast was good, again nothing too elaborate. Didn't use the pools but they looked clean and people were using them. Good location close to everything we were there for.
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was hot and tasty! I loved the make your own waffle station and the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean, no smell at all. Sheets were not dirty as other reviews mentioned. This will be our go to place we need a quick stay. Thank you!!
Our first room smelled terribly of smoke and whatever they sprayed to try to cover up the smell. We requested a different room. Second room was better but still smelled musty and the pillows need to be replaced because of smell. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could.
Very nice room. Staff were nice. Breakfast was really good

Disliked: Cleanliness
PROS:
Shower:
Lot of good hot water and super pressure.
Breakfast:
Was very good every morning. Bacon and eggs were great. The waffle maker worked wonderful and there were two flavors to choose from.
Staff:
I cannot remember her name, but the young lady that was on at night was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, etc..
CONS:
Room Smell;
The room smelt so musty that I had to go get room deodorizer, which helped somewhat. They have to know this because many people have posted about it so they should address it.
Air conditioning:
Seemed to be set at 70 no matter what I tried to do to lower it when it got too warm. Sometimes it felt very warm in the room, other times the air conditioner seemed to keep it nice and cool.
Staff:
While sitting in the breakfast area eating, which has music playing, the front desk person sat and played videos loudly on their phone just feet away. So, you’ve got the music playing and you’ve got the videos playing, and it was a bit annoying/distracting. I would consider staying there again if the room smell was taken care of.

This hotel may be suffering from comparison to two other Baymont hotels we stayed at during our trip. In comparison to the first two (Warrenton and Farmington MO), this hotel was poorly maintained. The pools, the common areas, and the room themselves were run down and, while not dangerous, not enjoyable to use. Also in comparison to the first two rooms, the room at this hotel had a noticeable odor of mold and (maybe because of the air conditioning unit, maybe because of the weather) a damp feel to it. The staff were great (helpful and attentive); the hotel was in sad shape.

Looks to be an older facility and well used. No outside pool. The room (123) we stayed in had a wet laundry smell. Air conditioner was set on 68 but was having some trouble keeping up with the temp of the room. Beds were clean and well dressed. Just not a great stay for the almost 200 I spent for the night.
