"Check in was fast and efficient, the room and facilities in it were great including a balcony with seating area. Room was really clean and bed was really comfortable, would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of old/tourist area. Walk from the train is about 15 minutes. Otherwise all the restaurants, the ramparts and all the tourist stuff is right next door so you can pop in your room any time if you forget something, etc. Two comments: the water in the shower is set to a certain maximum to avoid the waste I think. So it was coldish and rainy during my visit and I would like hotter water to warm up. In the sink the water gets really hot. Second: I put "do not disturb" sign meaning no housekeeping and the chambermaid wanted still to go in and clean. "

"We stayed here on 2 occasions in May 2025 and the hotel is excellent and is has recently be upgraded. Good location, we use it, before and after catching the ferry to/from Guernsey. Nice rooms, good breakfast an there is parking."

"La chambre de base est parfaite pour une nuitée de passage car il n'y a qu'un lit et salle de bain (douche et toilette). Pas de frigo. Par contre, si vous prenez le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est copieux et beaucoup de choix : pains, croissants, oeufs, bacon, fromage, confitures, yaourt, café etc. Le tout était excellent et le service très bien avec gens souriants. "
