Breakfast was delicious- especially Sebastian’s salted caramel sauce and pancakes. Our room was lovely and comfortable - wish we had known before hand our bathroom for room 7 was across the hall. The room was very nice and comfortable. The entire place was very clean and nicely decorated. Great place to stay when visiting Mont St. Michel.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Vielles Digues. The hosts are very attentive and helpful with local recommendations. The room was saviour and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with homemade items prepared by the hosts. Location was perfect for visiting Mont St Michel either by foot or using the free shuttle bus.

Welcoming well located bed and breakfast

The bed and breakfast is beautiful. It is located walking distance to Mt St Michel and the Mt St Michel free shuttles. The owners are super helpful and welcoming. Their breakfast in the morning is delicious and has lots of handmade items. I would recommend staying here.

Little gem in Mt Saint Michel

Danielle (the host of the b&b) was amazing and so sweet. Room was cozy and well maintened. Breakfast included with the place was sooo good too.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Vieilles Digues very much. The owners are great. They are friendly and welcoming, the property is comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect. We walked to the shuttle on a beautiful morning and Mont St Michel was spectacular. I would definitely recommend visiting early in the day or late afternoon to avoid crowds. I would absolutely stay at Les Vieilles Digues again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were able to walk to Mont St. Michel from the property (~45min). The rooms had all the essentials and the French breakfast was varied and filling.

This place is unique, it is charming and the service provided was outstanding, we felt welcome all the time, the hostess is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the chef was so nice and joyful, it was easy to arrive and leave by bus and walk to Mont St. Michel. There are some options for dinner close to this place, this was definetely our favorite hotel in our entire stay in France.

Lovely stay a short walk from the shuttle stop

What a lovely stay! Highly recommend. The hosts, Sonya and Sebastian, were very warm friendly and helpful (They told us about the next morning's high tides which we would have otherwise missed.) The B&B was a nice and quiet place, a short 5-10 min walk to the bus stop. The room had plenty of space yet felt cozy. Loved the featherbed and loved the breakfast. If we're back this way would love to stay again.

Nice B&B

The owners are very nice people. They try to comfort you as a guest. Only minus point is ; we have been there on a very hot 2 nights. Over 30 degrees. And without air condition was difficult to sleep. They have vantilator but it does not hapl if it is too hot. The breakfast is very good. Lots of home made things. Thank you Sonja and Sebastian

Danielle was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was very comfortable, clean, included hot water maker for instant coffee. Breakfast was wonderful treat with breads, jams, ham and cheese platter, yogurt fruit cups and coffee, tea and juices to enjoy. Parking was an added bonus. Very walkable to Mont St Michel or the shuttle stop. Plenty of dining options within walking distance also.

Felt most welcome! Very friendly and accommodating new owners! Property has an old Parisian charm. Rooms were spacious. Washrooms were small and could use an upgrade but comfortable to use. Would definitely come back and rent a bike next time! So close to Mont Michel! You could see it from a distance with just a bit of a walk…

Old, and not in great shape. Nice owners and good breakfast. Toilet paper holder fell repeatedly, no coffee cups in room. Radiator heater was only adequate. Mediocre overall.
