Loved this hotel and the people working there. From front desk to the dining room, super helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful location. Parking can be a problem especially in high season as there is no parking by the hotel and one must park outside the fortified city. But that was a minor inconvenience and we’d return!

Ideally situated, really close to one of the main gates, car was parked just outside the city walls free for the night. Didn’t have time for breakfast or a longer stay but will definitely use again on a next trip.

This hotel within the walls was perfectly situated for our visit. It was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do while waiting for our ferry. The people at réception were really welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had various requests and each time they took the time to phone different places for us. They made our stay special. Sadly i forgot to get their names. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was good and the local yoghurt was excellent. There is an sitting room where you can have drinks. Paid parking is available for a limited number of cars. So if you need parking, book in advance. Because of the service we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, warm and accommodating staff
Service at this hotel was top notch, from email contact prior and responsiveness to parking details, to onsite greeting at checkin. Super friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was comfortable for a family of 4. The pull out sofa bed mattress was not so comfortable, but our kids under 10 didn't really miss a beat. Awesome location in the center of town, it's a keeper.

Clean and Modern Hotel in a good location.
Clean and modern hotel in a very central location. We arrived early and went off for a wander, when we returned, some 2 hours later, we were told the room was ready! No complaints about the room or the service. All in all a good stay.

We had a great stay and the front desk help was excellent. Parking is very nearby just outside the city wall, and the breakfast was nice for the price. Room was clean and modern.
