Luxury house (quality furniture and bedding), with magnificent enclosed garden with trees and flowers all year round, 2500m² terrace facing south, 5 minutes from the beaches. large living room with fireplace, two shower rooms, 5 bedrooms + 1 small bedroom for a cot.
Fully enclosed garden with remote controlled electric gate.
The 5 large bedrooms have areas from 14 to 20m2.
They are equipped with two 90 cm beds or a 160 cm bed with electric head and / or foot lift.

La propriété est à quelques minutes de Le Palais et du débarcadère , position centrale pour rayonner facilement vers les plages et la côte et proche des commerces. La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager. Nous etions 2 familles, 10 personnes, nous avons passé un excellent sejour

Séjour parfait! La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est bien située et au calme. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La terrasse nous a permis de profiter du beau temps en famille. Seul petit bémol: le manque de pression au niveau de la douche à l'étage.

Maison spacieuse et très beau jardin. Cette maison mériterait un ménage plus scrupuleux (Poussière, tiroirs poussiéreux, couvertures et couettes mal nettoyées). Cette maison a un beau potentiel mais elle est un peu négligé. Séjour toutefois agréable pour une location de vacances.

Le soleil nous ayant accompagné une bonne partie du séjour nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée et le jardin fleuri pour nous relaxer après la découverte du sentier côtier. Tout est bien conçu pour accueillir 10 adultes (une troisième salle de douche semble prévue et elle sera la bienvenue) : une cuisine bien équipée et indépendante de la pièce à vivre où la grande table permet de manger sans être à l'étroit. le magasin "Casino" situé à un kilomètre est bien achalandé (agneau de l'île au rayon boucherie) et la boulangerie Le Fourn'isle en Mer ravira les amateurs de bon pain. L'électricité n'étant pas incluse dans le tarif, il serait bien de le préciser. Maison à choisir sans hésiter pour un séjour à Belle Ile !

La maison est tout à fait conforme aux attentes et aux descriptions sur le site. Sa situation est idéale car elle permet d'aller à pied à Palais mais en est également assez éloignée pour se retrouver au calme et se sentir au vert. La terrasse est très intelligemment protégée du vent par des haies à proximité ce qui permet d'en profiter un maximum. Enfin la maison elle même est très bien équipée à la fois en terme de lit ainsi que de matériel ménager (dont un frigo incroyable qui a marqué les esprits) Nous avons tout simplement passé une semaine parfaite dans cette maison et nous le referions sans hésiter.

Tant la location que sa localisation sont idéales pour profiter pleinement de la beauté de Belle Île. le grand jardin paysager, digne des plus belles revues de maisons et jardin, ajoute de la sérénité au séjour. Au niveau du mobilier, du matériel, de la vaisselle, on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans une maison prêtée par un ami, et non dans une location. Et en plus, nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps superbe !!
