Cabin studio on the 2nd floor (without lift) can accomodate up to 3 people with a living area of 25 mÂČ and a terrace facing the sea. Entrance hall, small room with a single bed, shower room with toilet, living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchenette (washing machine, electric burners, fridge, microwave/oven). TrÚs bon séjour

TrĂšs bon studio, bien agencĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©, au calme et face Ă  la mer avec balcon, place de parking privĂ©, au top. A mon avis personnel, les placards auraient besoin d'ĂȘtre Ă©purĂ© un peu, beaucoup d'espaces de rangement mais tout est dĂ©jĂ  rempli d'un tas de vaisselle et ustensiles ce qui laisse trĂšs peu de place pour nos affaires personnelles. A part ça, tout est parfait.

Une escale au soleil en bord de mer

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s le samedi 24 aoĂ»t aprĂšs-midi, aprĂšs quelques ralentissements sur l'autoroute. L'agence a transmis les clĂ©s de la location et nous avons fait le point sur les procĂ©dures. AprĂšs l'installation, nous nous sommes baignĂ©s car la chaleur Ă©tait prĂ©sente mais sans ĂȘtre insupportable cette annĂ©e. Nous sommes en effet arrivĂ©s une semaine plus tard que l'an derniĂšre et avons probablement Ă©chappĂ© Ă  la canicule. La semaine a continuĂ© Ă  bien se dĂ©rouler. La proximitĂ© avec le bord de mer est vraiment un rĂ©el plaisir pour en profiter tout au long du sĂ©jour. Toutefois, cette annĂ©e, le mĂ©nage semble avoir Ă©tĂ© bĂąclĂ© dans le studio... Le sol restait sableux et il manquait beaucoup de choses (serviettes, produits mĂ©nagers). Heureusement que j'avais prĂ©vu le nĂ©cessaire ! Des fourmis se sont invitĂ©es dans la maison. Elles longeaient le mur et se dirigeaient vers les poubelles. MalgrĂ© tout, la semaine Ă©tait encore plaisante et nous reviendrons l'annĂ©e prochaine mais plus tĂŽt cette fois !

Un séjour au Lavandou ou un séjour au calme

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s au Lavandou dans l'aprĂšs-midi. Nous avons rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© notre studio aux alentours de 16h30, ce qui reste dans la tranche horaire inscrite sur le contrat. Il correspond Ă  ce qui Ă©tait indiquĂ© : un logement au calme, en bord de mer. Il Ă©tait globalement propre. Il aurait juste fallu un petit peu de rĂ©paration avant de nous le relouer (j'ai dĂ» rĂ©parer la pendule, qui ne fonctionnait plus...). La forte chaleur durant la semaine nous a rapidement motivĂ©s Ă  aller sur la plage. La proximitĂ© avec les commerces alentours Ă©tait pratique. NĂ©anmoins, les prix Ă©taient assez Ă©levĂ©s. Pour avoir des articles plus intĂ©ressants, il fallait faire davantage de distance (aller Ă  HyĂšres notamment). Idem au niveau des activitĂ©s... Le plus attractif se trouvait loin du Lavandou. En tout cas, par rapport Ă  ce que nous recherchions, nous avons Ă©tĂ© servis : beaucoup de tranquilitĂ© dans un cadre plaisant et reposant. À refaire.

Un séjour appréciable

Un studio idĂ©al pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, que ce soit les ustensiles de cuisine ou le mobilier( juste un petit problĂšme avec la poignĂ©e de la porte du congĂ©lateur mais qui n'empĂȘche pas son bon fonctionnement ). Le studio permet vraiment de profiter de la mer grĂące Ă  sa proximitĂ© de la plage et son balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le studio est louĂ© avec place de parking rĂ©servĂ©. Satisfait de la location
