Well-appointed residence in a quiet area, offering direct access to the fine sandy's beach of Le Lavandou. Only 400 meters from the shops and amenities of the city center.
Cabin studio on the 2nd floor (without lift) can accomodate up to 3 people with a living area of 25 m² and a terrace facing the sea. Entrance hall, small room with a single bed, shower room with toilet, living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchenette (washing machine, electric burners, fridge, microwave/oven). Parking space. Pets aren't welcome. Additional visitor's tax.

Très bon studio, bien agencé et équipé, au calme et face à la mer avec balcon, place de parking privé, au top. A mon avis personnel, les placards auraient besoin d'être épuré un peu, beaucoup d'espaces de rangement mais tout est déjà rempli d'un tas de vaisselle et ustensiles ce qui laisse très peu de place pour nos affaires personnelles. A part ça, tout est parfait.

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi 24 août après-midi, après quelques ralentissements sur l'autoroute. L'agence a transmis les clés de la location et nous avons fait le point sur les procédures. Après l'installation, nous nous sommes baignés car la chaleur était présente mais sans être insupportable cette année. Nous sommes en effet arrivés une semaine plus tard que l'an dernière et avons probablement échappé à la canicule. La semaine a continué à bien se dérouler. La proximité avec le bord de mer est vraiment un réel plaisir pour en profiter tout au long du séjour. Toutefois, cette année, le ménage semble avoir été bâclé dans le studio... Le sol restait sableux et il manquait beaucoup de choses (serviettes, produits ménagers). Heureusement que j'avais prévu le nécessaire ! Des fourmis se sont invitées dans la maison. Elles longeaient le mur et se dirigeaient vers les poubelles. Malgré tout, la semaine était encore plaisante et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine mais plus tôt cette fois !

Nous sommes arrivés au Lavandou dans l'après-midi. Nous avons récupéré notre studio aux alentours de 16h30, ce qui reste dans la tranche horaire inscrite sur le contrat. Il correspond à ce qui était indiqué : un logement au calme, en bord de mer. Il était globalement propre. Il aurait juste fallu un petit peu de réparation avant de nous le relouer (j'ai dû réparer la pendule, qui ne fonctionnait plus...). La forte chaleur durant la semaine nous a rapidement motivés à aller sur la plage. La proximité avec les commerces alentours était pratique. Néanmoins, les prix étaient assez élevés. Pour avoir des articles plus intéressants, il fallait faire davantage de distance (aller à Hyères notamment). Idem au niveau des activités... Le plus attractif se trouvait loin du Lavandou. En tout cas, par rapport à ce que nous recherchions, nous avons été servis : beaucoup de tranquilité dans un cadre plaisant et reposant. À refaire.

Un studio idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Il est très bien équipé, que ce soit les ustensiles de cuisine ou le mobilier( juste un petit problème avec la poignée de la porte du congélateur mais qui n'empêche pas son bon fonctionnement ). Le studio permet vraiment de profiter de la mer grâce à sa proximité de la plage et son balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le studio est loué avec place de parking réservé. Satisfait de la location
