Fully air-conditioned since April 2025 ❄️, it includes:

a bedroom with a double bed 🛏️,

a bright living room with a top-quality sofa bed 🛋️,

a fully equipped kitchen 🍳.

The living room is separate from the kitchen and entrance area: when closed off, it becomes a private room with its own door — ideal for preserving everyone’s privacy and allowing free movement even if the space is occupied.

Enjoy a small outdoor area 🌿, perfect for breakfast in the sun or a relaxing evening drink.

The apartment also comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, towels provided, and beds made before your arrival 🧺. A private parking space 🚗 within the residence ensures a stress-free stay.

Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up.

Cavalière Beach is located between Cap Nègre and Pointe du Layet. It is a magnificent large beach of fine sand, lined with pine trees (some places of shade), Cavalière Beach in Le Lavandou is the ideal place for water and sports activities with the family: surfing, badminton, pedal boats, parasailing, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, catamaran… That is why it is called “La Sportive”.
A public car park is available along this beach.
