Welcome to this charming 40 m² apartment located in Le Grau-du-Roi, perfect for up to 4 guests. The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed (140x200), a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. The bedroom includes a double bed (140x200), and there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. Blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort, and a free outdoor parking space (No. 177) is available for your convenience. This apartment is ideally located just 1.7 kilometers from the sandy beaches, 100 meters from shops and restaurants, 2 kilometers from the supermarket, and 1 kilometer from the port. Optional services, such as bed linens, towels, and final cleaning, are available for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (note: Maestro, American Express, checks, and cash are not accepted). During your stay, you can enjoy a variety of local attractions. Take a catamaran cruise from Port Camargue, go on a 4x4 safari to explore the wild nature of the Camargue, or visit the famous Port Camargue. You can also experience a traditional Camargue bull race or savor delicious seafood platters from La Huiterie St Jean for a true local culinary experience!
