Cozy Brick house - 3 BR, 2 1/2 Bath, fenced in back yard with privacy fence.

Very nice, brick home, built in 1940 in Latonia/Covington. Lots of natural lighting, fenced in back yard, privacy fence, on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to several cafe’s, churches, and a 2 min drive from golf course. Fully furnished, laundry facilities , on street parking. Back patio has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. Heavily wooded area, near a river, some wild life. A 15 min drive to Reds and Bengals stadiums, Hard Rock Casino, Riverdowns, Turfway Park, Riverbend Music Center, Belterra, Newport on the Levee, Mainstrasse Village. The Ark Encounter is about a 40 min drive, and the Creation Museum is a 25 min drive. Kings Island takes 45 minutes.

There are two containers in the kitchen closet. One for recycling and big one for garbage . Please put bags of garbage in container outside back door.

Most pictures for VRBO look better than the reality. For this property the pictures do not do it justice. This property is perfect in every way. Location, comfort, price. Doesn't get any better than this one. You will not be disappointed.

The house is very spacious and the back yard is great for pups. The host was very communicative ahead of check in, which made the process very easy. Able to drive into downtown Covington and the Reds stadium I. 15 minutes.

Emily came out and met us when we arrived even though it was 9:30pm. She tried to help fix the internet issues (at both her house and ours). We appreciated the high sinks in the bathrooms as we're both tall people. Loved having a gas stove (ours at home is electric). Also loved the comfortable dining room chairs; the living room was nice and cozy, and the mattresses were comfortable. I especially enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings and seeing numerous cats!
My purse matched the chair! :)

Best place ever stayed

Very nice set up, fridge was stocked as well as the bathroom, soap, towels, etc. It was very clean, and a friendly/family place to stay. Definitely will book again!

Quick Getaway

The house was perfect for a quick getaway. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The house was well stocked and clean. If we are ever in need of a rental in the area again, we would definitely return.

Perfect and cozy

This cozy gem has it all. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are so comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed just being in the backyard. Emily was wonderful and so hospitable. We hope to visit again.

Awesome Host, Great Property

Emily is a great host and an excellent communicator. The house has a nice vibe and doesn't feel like a corporate flip to rental. There is a nice backyard to enjoy the day or evening in and The beds are VERY comfortable.

House is conveniently located, spacious, charming with a vintage feel - everything we and our dog needed. Fenced yard, well-appointed kitchen, pantry provisions, and updated fully stocked baths; very clean and quiet. Emily was a great host, answering all questions quickly and completely. Charming

This house was a good rental for us, a toddler, a baby and our dog while we were in town visiting family. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The inside had everything we needed, was clean and we loved the plants.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. House had everything you need on hand. Perfect spot off the beaten path but close to all the activities you want. The hosts Emily and Scott were great, very helpful and welcoming and great communication. Would 100% stay here again if we make our way back up to the area.

Will Stay Here Again

This property is amazing! I would highly recommend this home and the hosts to anyone staying in Kentucky. The hosts were readily available for any needs at any time day or night. We loved the beauty of the landscape and the homeyness of the surrounding neighborhood. Close to local eateries and only 40 minutes from The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Spring “Break”

We loved the style of the house and all the daffodils!!!. It smelled so good all through the house. Everything was very clean. The grass could have been mowed, but with weird weather-it’s understandable. We loved the area and found its history interesting.

Perfect

Our stay was great and Emily went out of her way to give me some resources for my antique home. She was always quick to respond. The weather got cool, and the house was warm quickly with heat and the property was perfect for our two small dogs. When in the area again, we will definitely seek out this property.

Historical Charm

The property was absolutely beautiful, charming and so comfortable for our stay. Kitchen and dining room were wonderful for cooking and enjoying our meals. Bathrooms were remodeled with high end fixtures, etc. Bedrooms were awesome too. Pictures are very true to the property. Being able to have our dogs in a fenced in area will bring us back to this property along with the excellent hosts who helped as much as we wanted and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming vintage feel with convenient location

Emily does a great job maintaining this charming old school classic Cincinnati brick house and we love staying here when we visit the area. It has everything we and our furry family members need - fenced yard, great access, centrally located. The neighborhood has come cool features as well, just a few minutes from Kroger and we discovered Moonrise Donuts on this trip - yum! The property has the quirks of an older building but has been tastefully updated with great bathrooms and kitchen. Emily is very helpful if there's any needs or issues. We'll be back!

Wonderful

Emily was the best host ever! Her property was beautiful, clean and very homey feeling. Great fenced in back yard for our dog. Supple amenities plus extras that were not excepted, but definitely appreciated. Perfect location for what we were doing in the area. I would recommend this property in a heart beat and we will definitely be returning. Thanks Emily for the wonderful hospitality; sharing your home and the history with us. Lovingly restored old home

Came for a concert at Riverbend. Stayed 2 nights. Location was easy and close by. Parking is on street and a little close. Emily has done an awesome job of thoughtfully providing everything and anything you could need for your stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Although there is still a little work being done, the home is beautifully restored, comfortable, and furnished with antique flair. All bedrooms are upstairs and also nicely stocked. The only drawback is that the staircase is a bit close and steep (as older houses are) and could use some brighter lighting. We really enjoyed our stay.

This House is a Treasure

Emily and Scott are incredible hosts and ensure the this home feels exacly like that, HOME! This hase has been updated perfectly while maintaining its integrity. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is literally minutes from downtown Cincinnati. My wife and I cannot thank Emily and Scott enough for being so inviting to us and our family and our pets. This place checks all the boxes and so do the hosts. We will continue to come back as much as possible. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, I recommend you hop on it. You will not be disappointed!
