"Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful. Our rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of parking spaces including handicap spots."

"Front desk employees were friendly. Building is older and needs updating. Our bathroom had black mold present. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned as someone’s personal comb was on the counter and a beer bottle cap was on the floor. The AC was not working well despite what the thermostat said. We would plan on staying at one of the many other hotels near there if in the area again in the future."

"I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. "

"Our stay lasted less than 10 minutes. Several freshly patched holes in our room and some unpatched holes in the bathroom made me realize this wasn't a safe hotel for my family. Not to mention the clientele in the lobby made me realize what this hotel is really used for."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel experience from start to finish. The WiFi and TV in our room didn’t work, and after calling the front desk we were told to “wait 45 minutes” for it to be fixed. After waiting, surprise — nothing was fixed. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they moved us to another room that was somehow even worse. The second room was dirty, had wet spilled drinks left on the table, and to make it even more disgusting, someone’s dirty underwear was still in the bathroom. Clearly nobody cleaned the room before handing it over to paying guests. On top of that, both rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking. And the “continental breakfast” was a joke. The cereal was stale, the orange juice was warm, and the milk was lukewarm. Nothing about this stay felt clean, maintained, or cared for. For the amount hotels charge nowadays, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities shouldn’t be too much to ask. This place was unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. Would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend to anyone."
