The suite was fantastic. The staff also fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel, and the suite was updated recently which was a pleasant surprise. Even nicer than the photos online.

I loved how well informed all staff members were, from security walking around to management to waiters. I didn't meet a single person who wasn't well informed, friendly and trying to make this trip better than any trip you've ever gone on before. The buildings, decorations, rooms, grounds were mind boggling and gorgeous; you kinda wish you had a dozen eyes to take everything in.
The shopping inside looks like you are outside in a big European market. It's breathtaking.
The water ways make it fun to watch the gondolas go by and listen to their serenade.

We had a king suite with the prestige club package and it was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous with a great view and the cocktails and food were so good. Also, every staff member we interacted with was super kind and accommodating. I didn’t love how early the pool closed but it really did not hinder our experience.

The staff made the difference, we are seniors your staff went above and beyond to help us. Concierge Ashley and Mark in the Prestige Club Lounge helped us with return airline bookings, Claire in the dining room was a pure joy. Bill in the Casino saw us playing and inquired if we had a membership card and promptly helped us to acquire one. We love your resort and will definitely be back.
