A quick Uber ride from the airport. Check-in was painless- fast, friendly service. Room had an amazing view and was clean. Large bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again!

The plumbing was an issue for the toilet, we had to request new room keys due to the keys not working, and the bartenders in the center bar were very rude. On the plus side, Joel checked us in initially and was very pleasant and accommodating, and other staff were very nice.

The rooms are very spacious and the area is good and central. I didn't have a good experience to give a 5. I stayed three nights, the first night was fine. For the second night I requested a room change to one with a view of the street. The room they gave me was dirty, they gave me another room and I had to go down to the reception for another key, I went to work and I was very tired. The third night, when I returned again tired at 6 PM, the room was not made up. I wasted time on all these inconveniences and had to practice my patience. :-(

Location was great! Lots of dining and shopping options around us. Self parking is quite far and tricky at first as it is technically owned by the mall that it is connected to. Very clean, smoke smell was not bad. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

We always love staying at Planet Hollywood! It’s fun, clean, lovely and reasonably priced. There’s so many convenient shopping and food options as well as convenient stores. This was our first time taking our teenagers there and it was the perfect place to stay. The only downside I would say is the pool area. The pool is pretty small for the size of the resort. And you have to pay for poolside chairs

Decent hotel and casino. The hospitality was not the greatest. We checked in 2 hours early and they had to charge us an extra $25 - this should have been free as they had plenty of rooms available. Overall we literally had no interaction with staff. One serious complaint we have was at the pool - there was a guy trying to steal peoples bags - we and another lady yelled at the guy and then told the lady at the towel stand who than ran after the guy. It was obvious that the guy didn’t belong there from his appearance, so security should have flagged him immediately. The location of the hotel is good - very walkable. We will stay at Caesar’s or Cosmopolitan for our next trip.

The property is ok, the room was clean but the AC was not working had to call maintenance - then it was fixed. But, the most annoying part of my stay was finding out that we now have to pay for the use of lounge chairs in the POOL after we pay a daily resort fee. That is super not ok. So you saw the majority of people on the floor with a towel. Like really? Lounge chair rentals???

The hotel smelled like sewage most of the times. The room was half cleaned and dusty especially around the headboard area of the bed. There was a nasty towel behind the desk area of the room. Finally, there was no microwave service to warm bought food that was not warm enough to eat!

1. Perfect location for walking to other properties - awesome it’s attached to Miracle Mile mall 2. Inexpensive for such a great location 3. Check-in was terrible, hour in line, 20 min with front desk, they charge for early check in 4. Room was not as clean as I’m used to: hair and toothpaste on counter, lotion (hopefully) on blinds, not completely black out curtains 5. The size of rooms are surprisingly large, has a table and 2 chairs, bathtub, shower, large bathroom counter, toilet has separate closet, fridge in room, no microwave 6. Not enough lighting in rooms or bathroom 7. Water was shut off and we were not given notice - thankfully it came on about 30 min later

The room seams like for long time no one was there because the bed's head board was dusty and also under the bed.. And the light was so few and also so dark that you barely can see it.. And always the bathroom's floor has some sticky liquids..

Rooms were spacious and clean. We were not impressed that you needed to rent a pool lounge chair for $30, especially when you're already paying a resort fee. No one was even using any of the lounge chairs and we were kicked off when we went to sit on an empty one. We had to sit on the edge of the pool on the hot concrete. Never had that experience at any other hotel in Vegas. Not sure I'd stay here again as we like our pool days and think the rental price for a seat at the pool is ridiculous

We enjoyed our stay at planet Hollywood, considering the price was right for just our one day layover. We did eat on property and enjoyed it as well as the shopping. The only downside I could really find was that the AC in the rooms was pretty weak and could not properly cool the room down. The rooms were pretty basic but as I said, they were a good price, especially since we needed a one night coverage. All in all a good stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

The room was big and spacious, very comfy bed, and the best Spa experience! The shopping and restaurants were awesome too. We spent a whole day at Planet Hollywood because there is so much to see and do. The location is perfect, walk out the front door and you are in the heart of all the action.
