"I checked in June 18th in room 842 for the Jeezy concert. Immediately upon check in, sheets were filthy, toilet was running, sink was stopped up. I called down to the front desk and no reported within 20 minutes. I went down to the front desk just to be escorted back to the room with a housekeeping manager. I guess they had to see the dirt for themselves. The only good thing was they had a room available in 10 minutes (the same room they tried to charge an additional 50 per night at check in). The manager did assist with getting our bags to the next room promptly. Immediately upon entry we conducted a room check and things were fine. I understand the property receives outrageous complaints, but when something of this sort takes place, be kind and accommodating to those that pay to stay. Not gamble to stay"
