It was a perfect place to base from as we explored the areas around Vegas. Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful private pool area.

115 E Ivy St. in Henderson NV

The outside space was great. Roomy and private. The inside space was very small. The picture made it look more spacious than it was. All in all though, very comfortable and Stefano was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend grip bars in the bathroom. My elderly husband had a difficult time. Also, the path to the entrance should be paved. Very difficult to maneuver luggage on pavers and for mobility challenged seniors. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Guest room located in Henderson, one of the most popular residential areas in Greater Las Vegas. The setting is away from tourist crowds; driving to the Strip takes roughly 15 minutes. Not a luxury hotel but a functional private stay—no resort fees and no overpriced drinks. Supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes away by car.The room is clean, with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite bathroom and an efficient portable A/C unit. Private pool reserved solely for this unit, ideal for enjoying sun and quiet. Wi-Fi, pool towels and on-site parking are provided. Guests handle a few basics themselves (e.g., trash disposal, keeping beverages chilled), which worked well during our 14-day stay.The host replies within minutes, provides assistance when needed and offers flexible check-in/out. With a car, this property is a reliable, fairly priced base for those seeking relaxation outside the Strip.

It was fine.

This wasnt great by any means. It was advertised as having AC but it’s controlled by the main house and I messaged the owner twice and never heard back. It was very warm in the room, so warm that we left 2 hours early. There was a used Keurig pod in the machine, a half drank water bottle on the dresser. The toilet paper holder was broken, the pool was very very dirty so we didn’t end up using it.
