I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is clean and safe. The staff is great and the beach is just in front of the hotel. I highly recommend Alisei Hotel

Awesome location. Lovely that breakfast and wifi were included. All areas of concern were addressed quickly. Would book again just not in the studio apartment having to climb stairs and no sitting area

Not recommended. Rooms with poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and antigenic bathrooms. Therefore, we left without waiting for the end of our vacation, having stayed only three nights, although we paid for 5 nights.

Good morning!I'm truly sorry to hear about your comment. Of course, we take it into account to check and improve.You should have mentioned it to us immediately upon arrival. I can assure you that the reception, open 24 hours, would have been available at any time to send housekeepers for thorough cleanings and also to show you other apartments that might have been more to your liking.Unfortunately, you arrived just the day after the flood, which surely didn't contribute to making your stay pleasant.I hope that in the future you will give us another opportunity to offer you a pleasant, clear, and wonderful stay. If you decide to come, please communicate directly with me (Enzo). I can certainly arrange with the administration to reuse the unused nights.

The rooms and facilities are way better than the pictures. I booked a 2 room and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant I would rate as very good, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the beach club, it’s nice to not pay extra for a chair. I booked through Expedia and my airline choices only listed Puerto Plata as the entry point. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive, apparently it’s 2 hours from the Santo Domingo airport so next time I will do that. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Convenient. Love that beach is across hotel and there is a bar on the beach ! Pool area has a bar as well. Drinks are good!

We are from US and were on vacation in Dominican Republic. We booked the property for one night stay. After driving for four we reached the property and we did not like the location and property up keep. If you are used to staying in nicer properties, please stay away. Location is in the city of Las terrenas and not some pleasant place. You will see the local traffic on the road across, then the beach is also filled with locals and does not feel private. The property will not feel like an upscale place. We booked another hotel right away and overpaid to relocate. We asked the hotel to refund our money but the management is very adamant and did not accommodate our request. Overall a bad experience

I have problems in the check in. My room is in the 4 floor and don’t said anything about no elevator in premises, I have surgery in my foot and is a lot the stairs. Supposed after 3 floor any building have elevator.

We really enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the property in general. Beach is across the street—almost feela like part of the property! I had two massages done. But the staff is really friendly and always ready to serve their clients. Highly recommended.

Alisei Hotel & Staff are always amazing with customer services! This month, Oct 2023 they had an amazing live band on the beach with bar and tables in front of the hotel. The food is good and the pool with the swim up bar is always relaxing fun. I recommend this hotel for the price, location and staff!

Mostly chill area away from the center
Good location with easy beach access. Short drive into the central area, but walkable in 20 minutes. Most use motor bikes or ATVs. The overall vibe of Las Terranas is going towards loud motor bikes and busy/congested streets. The property had a mellow vibe and easy going staff. The pool was nice and the pool furniture is great.

I stayed at a studio and it was on 4th floor. Privacy was a major issue. I could hear everything from the room below me (there is a communicating door at the stairs) and assume they could thus also hear me. Alisei is a great location but so so for hotel comfort. Breakfast was good.
