The worst hotel I have ever stayed for so many years. Zero service. Zero cleaning but charged HK$100 per night. Poor facility. Will definitely NOT book this hotel again.

I like the shower. Water pressure is good. The blanket and bedsheet didnt feel clean. I didnt dare to use their pillow and instead used a clean tshirt behind my head. The mattress is too soft for me. Hot water had to get from outside and room temperature water is a bit distance walk from my room. I also need to take dirty towel out each time and get a new one myself everyday.

This hotel is truly horrible place I ever stayed. I was hit by hotel Clark. When I checked out on 3/11/2019 at 7:00. This Clark was sleeping and I told him to check out but he ignored me for long time. And I kept asking him to process my check out( refunding deposit). In the end the Clark was mad at me and hit me. I will report this battery to police. This hotel is worst hotel in the world.

Terrible experience

The worst place that I ever seen in Hong Kong.Dirty,crowded with people and complicated place totally different where is online advertised.The room was tiny even a luggage will block the way out.The mattress like single bed size,two people squeezed uncomfortable.Unpleasant to stay so I checked out the next day.
