"our room was really dirty. we arrived around 7:00 pm. the coffee spoon had a hair. they did not clean our room properly. there were some small balloons from previous guest in the wardrobe. the water was leaking in the bathroom a whole night. there were so many mosquitoes. we would not recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."
