"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."

"this place is terrible. I got so many bed bug bites it's not even funny. room looks dirty not like in the picture online. do not use the laundry service; they lost many of our clothes and mixed it with other people's clothes. "
